| 摘 要： | 中小高新技术企业的发展呼唤科技与金融的融合创新。本文在分析中小高新技术企业面临的金融生态环境的基础上，就资本市场建设、政象陆金融机构构建、信用担保体系的完善、风险投资市场的优化、非正规金融渠道的规范五个方面探讨金融支持体系的完善。
