摘    要:可靠性评价在保证危险化学品汽车罐车输运安全方面具有重要意义。依据液氟汽车罐车的结构特点及国家法律法规的要求,比较全面地构建了液氯汽车罐车可靠性参数作为输入结点,选取罐车构造指标的一些样本对网络进行训练学习,提出了基于模糊神经网络的危险化学品汽车罐车可靠性评价模型。理论分析和实例计算表明,该模型假设合理,计算结果合理,精度较高,在危险化学品汽车罐车可靠性评价中有彳艮好的适用性。

Reliability Evaluation of Liquid Chlorine Tank Car Based on Fuzzy Neural Network

Abstract:Reliability evaluation is important to ensure the safety of hazardous chemical tank car' transportation. Based on the structural features of liquid chlorine tank car and the requirements of laws in domestics, the reliability parameters of liquid chlorine tank car are established as input nodes. The neutral-net was learned by employing the samples of fuzzy assessment of liquid chlorine tank car. The result is considered to structure the reliability evaluation model based on fuzzy neural network. Example indicates that the model has.the advantages of the hypothesis reasonably and high precision, so the used method is feasible and rational to the reliability evaluation of hazardous chemical tank car.
