| 摘 要： | 本研究通过问卷调查，从心理学的角度分析了远程学习者学习动机与需要的现状。研究表明学生的学习动机基本上是良好的但存在很多制约因素；学生的学习需要是多样的、复杂的，学生逐步适应新型学习方式，并进一步提出建议：一是培养和激发学生的学习动机；二是建立以学生为中心的学习支持服务体系，满足学生的不同学习需要。

| Abstract: | Through questionnaires and from the angle of the psychology,announced the condition of the learners'learning motivation and requirements and the process of the distance education development.The conclusion is made:The learners'learning motivation is always positive but there are many negative factors;The requirements from the learners is diversified and intricate,begin to adapt to new study styles.At the end of the article the author introduces further discussion.(1)Train and arouse learning motivation;(2)Develop learning support service and meet learners'requirements. |
