摘    要:教学改革,观念转变是关键,课程内容与教学方法改革是重点,为真正实现服务于区域经济社会发展的办学目标,高师院校音乐学(教师教育)专业人才培养模式改革中的课程建设可以通过构建"4551"人才培养方案为抓手,打通课程壁垒,实现交叉渗透,通过模块化的课程内容的优化与重组,全面培养学生的音乐实践能力和从教能力,提高专业人才培养的质量。

Abstract:In teaching reform,change of sense is the key and reform in teaching content and teaching methods is the focus.In order to serve regional economic and social development,the course construction in the reform of talent training mode for the major of music in normal universities may take building "4551" talent training program as the handle,break the course barrier for inter-permeation.Optimizing and reorganizing the module course content is conducive to comprehensively cultivating students' musical practical competence and their teaching abilities for an improved quality of the talents.
