| 摘 要： | 研究生教育综合改革对医学研究生就业提出了新的要求。当前,医学研究生就业工作存在的问题主要有：不同学科专业就业失衡、研究生就业择业观偏差、违约问题、诚信问题和就业体制方面的问题。围绕改革主线加强医学研究生就业工作的对策主要有：一是素质性对策：改革培养模式,加强专业学位教育,提高就业核心竞争力;二是教育性对策：加强职业发展教育,开展诚信教育,提高就业创业水平;三是整合性对策：发挥导师作用,加强与用人单位的沟通合作;四是管理性对策：完善管理体制,建立诚信档案,加强协议书管理;五是服务性对策：健全服务体系,强化就业信息服务。

| Abstract: | The comprehensive reform of postgraduate education has posed new requirements for medical postgraduates.Currently,the main problems facing their job-hunting are as follows：imbalance between different majors,deviation in postgraduates＇ point of view in job-hunting and job-selecting,breach of contract,integrity,and mechanism of job-hunting.The countermeasures may include：quality countermeasures---change the training mode,strengthen the education of professional degree,enhance the core competitiveness of job-hunting;education countermeasures---improve vocational education,develop integrity education,promote the quality of job-hunting and job-creating;integration countermeasure---make full use of the instructors,strengthen the communication and cooperation with the employers;management countermeasure---perfect the management system,establish the integrity file,strengthen the management of contracts;service countermeasure---perfect the service system,and improve the service in providing information concerning jobs. |
