| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济体制改革的深化，保险业也面临着各种挑战和机遇。只有清楚地认识到保险业当前存在的问题，才能制定出更加切实可行的方法予以解决，不断地完善我国的保险体制和机制。文章对中国保险业现存的问题予以分析，并结合现状提出了相应的解决途径。
