社会网络视角下黑龙江省种业领域专利合作分析

摘    要:为分析黑龙江省种业领域内技术创新合作情况及其特点,采用社会网络分析方法及软件,以专利数据为基础,构建黑龙江省种业领域专利合作网络,分析专利合作网络结构特点。结果表明,黑龙江省种业领域专利合作网络的聚类系数为0.454 084 68,网络合作规模较小;专利合作网络结构中个人节点数量占比为70.34%,“产学研”合作不足;缺少技术领域内的深度合作。黑龙江省种业领域应进一步开展广泛合作,通过深化产学研合作以及重点领域技术创新合作促进该领域技术创新能力整体提升。

Analysis of Patent Cooperation in Heilongjiang Seed Industry from the Perspective of Social Network
Abstract:In order to analyze analyze the technical innovation cooperation and its characteristics in Heilongjiang Seed Industry, social network analysis methods and software were adopted. Based on patent data, the patent cooperation network in the seed industry of Heilongjiang Province was constructed, and the structural characteristics of the patent cooperation network were analyzed. Results show that The clustering coefficient of the patent cooperation network in Heilongjiang Seed Industry is 0.454 084 68, which means that the network cooperation scale is small. The number of individual nodes in the patent cooperation network structure accounted for 70.34%, and the "industry university research" cooperation was insufficient. Lack of in-depth cooperation in the technical field. Extensive cooperation should be carried out in Heilongjiang Seed Industry. Promote the overall improvement of technological innovation capability in this field by deepening cooperation among industry, university and research and strengthening technical innovation cooperation in key areas.
