| 摘 要： | 选择比亚迪、蔚来、北汽新能源和特斯拉四家代表性的电动车企业,利用专利组合数据和复杂网络分析,从组织合法性和能力两用性的维度,分析企业创新战略的差异。研究发现,组织合法性较低的新创企业更倾向于单点突破,探索新的商业模式;而能力两用性对企业进行更大胆的颠覆式技术创新探索影响更大。研究为产业升级背景下的企业创新战略提供参考和建议。

Organize Legitimacy, Dual-purpose Capabilities and Corporate Innovation Strategy |

| Abstract: | The environmental pressure brought by "carbon neutral" and the government''s encouragement of new energy has promoted the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry over the past ten years. Faced with deep -rooted traditional enterprises, how should new companies entering the market seek competitive advantage under fierce competition? Faced with emerging enterprises that try to subvert the industry, how can traditional enterprises adjust their strategies actively? In this article, the four representative electric vehicle companies of BYD, NIO, BAIC and Tesla use the patent portfolio data and complex network analysis to analyze the dimension of organize legitimacy and capability to analyze the corporate innovation strategy. difference. Studies have found that a new founding enterprise with low organize legitimacy is more inclined to make a single breakthrough and explore new business models; while dual-purpose capabilities has a greater impact on enterprises'' bold and disruptive technological innovation exploration. Research provides some references and suggestions for corporate innovation strategies in the background of industrial upgrading. |
