| 摘 要： | 在中国，研究学术系统权力类型的学者，通常将学术领域的权力分为行政权力和学术权力。这样的划分方式反映的是学术领域权力类型的简单表象，并不能说明性地描述学术领域的诸多事实。笔者认为，使用韦伯的社会学基本概念框架来划分学术领域的权力类型，将分析引向学术领域的行政体系，会更准确和深刻地反映当代中国学术领域的合法统治及其根源。

| Abstract: | In China, the scholars researching in the domain of the types of the power in academia u-sually classify its types into academic authority and hierarchic authority. This classification, however, reflects only a simple superficial phenomenon which cannot account for many facts in academia. The author of this article holds that it is more explicit using the system of Weber's basic sociology conception to describe the types of power in academia in China. |
