| 摘 要： | 转型国家激进式改革理论虽渊源于狭义新自由主义经济学与现代货币主义经济学,但又与两者存在多方面的差异,因而无法解释其所主张的激进改革方式与狭义新自由主义经济学所倡导的演进理性主义制度变迁方式之间的不相容性,同时该理论赖以成立的一系列严格假设在转型国家远不可能具备。因此,无论从理论还是实践来分析,试图采用激进改革方式使转型国家建立自由市场经济秩序的目标是难以达到的。

| Abstract: | Although originated from special neo-liberalism and modern monetarism, the theory on radical reform of transforming nations is different from the latter two, so it can't explain the incompatibility of radical reform with ecological rationality advocated by neo-liberalism, meanwhile, the situation of transforming nations is far from satisfying a series of rigid assumptions without which the theory cannot hold. So, whether theory or practice, whichever is the angle to analyze it, the attempt to help transforming nations to establish free market economy with the means of radical reform is difficult to come true. |
