| 摘 要： | 面对21世纪知识经济、经济全球化和我国加入WTO的新挑战，企业文化建设会越来越受到企业的关注。建设优秀的企业文化对企业的制度创新、技术创新和管理创新、促进企业可持续发展，将会发生越来越重要的作用。民营企业有别于其它性质的企业，企业文化也有其独特性。在民营企业文化建设中应努力做好以下几点：一是注重企业灵魂的塑造，突出个性特点；二是改进家族式的管理模式，建立与现代管理制度相适应的文化模式；三是树立以人为本的企业文化理念等。

| Abstract: | Facing the challenges from knowledge economy, economy globalization and the entrance to WTO, people are paying more and more attention to the construction of enterprise culture. Excellent culture plays an important role in enterprise＇s system innovation, the technical innovation and the manayement innovation. The culture of private enterprie is different from that of other enterprises, and is unique. This article tuies to analyze the situation of constuuction of prilate enterprises to seek a healthier developmental way in marketing ecomomy. Firsthy, emphasizing the huilding of enteroprise＇s soul and making it＇s characteristics prominent. Secondly, improving the maragement model of familyowned enterise to huild a new model of modem management systems. Thirdly, establishing the concept aiming at placing human beings in the first place, etc. |
