| 摘 要： | 改革开放20年来，我国高校德育工作在不断探索改进与创新的过程中得以快速发展，在许多方面都取得了众所瞩目的成就。总结这一时期的历史经验和教训，对我们今天深化高校德育改革，推动德育工作科学化，促进新世纪高校德育工作的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。
