| 摘 要： | 我国民族地区信息化发展水平较低,信息资源公共获取水平也相对落后。本文从民族地区的自然环境、社会环境、经济、信息基础设施等多个方面分析制约信息资源公共获取的障碍因素,目的在于促进民族地区信息资源的建设、开发和公共获取水平。
