| 摘 要： | 有效学校在经历了一个由低效到有效的建设过程之后,会进入一个学校发展的"高原期".通过复杂性思维分析和近几年的实践探索,本文提出"观念"系统、组织系统、动力发展系统的有效构建是有效学校实施系统性变革、实现二次质性飞跃的典型特征.

| Abstract: | After the improvement from low efficiency to high efficiency,the effective school will be immersed in a long plateau of development.Based on analysis of complexity theory and practice in our school,this paper find that the basic characteristics of reconstructing effective school lie in establishing the system of ideal,organization to motivation. |
