| 摘 要： | 邓小平反复提出要搞清楚“什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义”的问题。“社会主义的本质,是解放生产力,发展生产力,消灭剥削,消除两极分化,最终达到共同富裕。”“三个代表”重要思想涵盖了经济、文化、政治三个基本方面,大大拓展了社会主义本质的内涵。胡锦涛把对“什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义”的认识推进到了一个新的更高的理论境界,进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义的社会主义本质论。胡锦涛和谐社会理论,是进一步回答“什么是社会主义”的理论。科学发展观,是在社会主义市场经济条件下建设中国特色社会主义,构建社会主义和谐社会的发展观。

| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping stressed time and again we must make clear ＂what socialism is and how to build socialism.＂ ＂The essence of socialism is to liberate and develop productivity, to eliminate exploitation and polarization and to achieve the goal of common prosperity in the end.＂ The thought of ＂three represents＂ entails economy, culture and politics, greatly broadening the connotations of the essence of socialism. Hu Jintao raised the perception of ＂what socialism is and how to build socialism＂ to a higher theoretical level, and enriched and developed the Marxist theory of the essence of socialism. The theory of harmonious society by Hu further answered ＂ what socialism is＂. The outlook of scientific development refers to the building of socialism with Chinese characteristics and of socialist harmonious society under the conditions of socialist market economy. |
