| 摘 要： | 健美操是集体操、舞蹈、音乐于一体的体育运动项目,艺术表现力是健美操运动员动作完美的体现,也是运动员表现动作丰富的情感和完成动作质量的体现.从身体素质训练、心理素质训练和对音乐的理解力等方面来探讨健美操运动员艺术表现力的培养,以期从整体上提升健美操项目的运动成绩.

| Abstract: | Aerobics is an item of sports concentrating gymnastics,dance and music.The arts performance is a perfect embodiment of aerobics athlete's action,and it also is rich in emotion in performing action and the embodiment of completing the quality of movement.This paper mainly explores the training of the arts performance of the aerobics athletes from the physical training,mental training and the understanding of music and other aspects,in order to make an overall upgrading of the achievement of the item. |
