| 摘 要： | 城乡一体化进程中，农村土地的物权化是大势所趋。农村土地改革的目标是破除城乡二元法律思维．建立符合城乡一体化要求的完整的农村土地物权体系。但农地物权化过程中，存在着很多矛盾和风险，这些矛盾和风险的根源在于农地物权承载过多的、价值取向各异的负荷。

| Abstract: | In the process of urban-rural integration, the property law of the rural land is the general trend of events. The aim of rural land reform is to abandon the dual urban-rural legal thought and build perfect property law system of rural land in accordance with urban-rural integration. But in this process, there are many contradictions and risks. The root of these contradictions is in the overloading and different value system in the rural land property law. |
