| 摘 要： | 利奥波德提出的“土地伦理”是环境保护运动重要的思想来源之一。但有人认为，利奥波德在对生态中心主义伦理的论证中犯了“自然主义谬误”，即包含着从“是”到“应当”、从生态学事实到伦理学价值的不恰当的定义和推理方式。然而，通过从目的论和道德情感对伦理推理的作用等诸多方面的分析来看，“是”与“应当”的分离是近代以来人从自然中独立出来成为主体的结果，而利奥波德“土地伦理”思想正是对这种主体主义的批判和疗治。

| Abstract: | Leopold＇s ＂land ethic＂ is one of the most important ideological origins for the environmental protection. However, in the process of the argument about the ethic of ecocentrism, Leopold made a mistake about naturalistic fallacy, which contains ＂is＂ to ＂should be＂, that is, the improper definitions and reasoning from ecological facts to the value of ethic. As far as the analysis about the ethic reasoning from the teleology and moral feelings, the split of ＂is＂ and ＂should be＂ are the result of the separation between human being and nature, and ＂land ethic＂ by Leopold is the critique and treatment for the subjectivism. |
