| 摘 要： | 近年来，中国高等职业教育发展迅速，学者们对于高等职业教育的重要性有了一定的共识。高职技能型人才培养应与职业需求相符合，改革人才培养模式，借鉴国外高等职业教育成熟的办学经验，从专业设立，师资储备，教材开发，技能教学，就业指导、层次体系等方面进行改革。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China recently, scholars have reached a consensus on the importance of higher vocational education. The cultivation of skilled talents in higher vocational education should be in accordance with the profession demands, reforming the talents＇ cultivation mode in the aspects of major setup, teaching personnel, development of teaching materials, teaching of skills, career directions, and levels of running schools and so on, and learning from the proficient experience overseas of running higher vocational education for reference. |
