| 摘 要： | 基于巴罗公共产品支出理论模型框架，分析和论证财政支出结构变化如何影响经济增长率。经验数据和实证分析表明：我国的财政支出结构迫切需要优化，对此应提高教育、医疗等密切关系人民群众生活的支出项目，加快政府机构改革，提高行政管理支出的效率，以此促进经济长期有效增长。

| Abstract: | Based on theoretical model framework of Barro＇s public goods expenditure, how the financial expenditure structure affects the economic growth rate is analyzed and demonstrated. Empirical data and empirical analysis shows that it is urgently necessary to op-timize the financial expenditure structure and improve the expenditure items, such as education and health care which are closely relat-ed to public life. Furthermore, government institutions reform should be sped up, the efficiency of administrative expenditure should be improved, and the long-term economic growth should be promoted effectively. |
