| Abstract: | In the building of teacher contingents of double division types at higher vocational colleges, the three development stages called passive adaptation, probing development and standardized construction have been experienced. In terms of knowledge level, building channel and management evaluation, more experience has been accumulated. Meanwhile , there still exist many problems which should be paid attention to. |
