| 摘 要： | 论述了2l世纪影响图书馆员职业理念的内外环境因素和图书馆员职业理念的概念、特点及其对现代社会的贡献。分析了图书馆人本管理理念与图书馆员职业理念互为影响的种种关系，探讨了图书馆新理念对图书馆发展的积极的正面影响以及在新理念推动下的图书馆发展策略。

| Abstract: | First discusses the internal and external environment factors which effect the profession ideas of librarian in the twenty-one century,the concept and characteristics of the librarian's profession ideas and its contribution to the modern society.Then analyses the various relations that affect each other between the conception of personal management in library and the profession ideas of librarian.Finally probes into these new library ideas that have a positive influence upon the library development,and the development strategy which is promoted by these new ideas. |
