| 摘 要： | 安庆市在建立创业政策体系,建设创业孵化基地,构建创业培训体系,强化创业服务体系建设,推进创业促进就业工程等方面取得了一定成效,但面临着创业融资难、创业成功率较低、创业意识不强等问题。需要进一步完善扶持政策,加强创业培训,健全服务体系,全面提高政府对创业带动就业工作的宏观调控能力。

| Abstract: | Anqing has gained some achievements in making start-up policies,establishing start-up incubation bases,enhancing service systems and promoting the project of starting up businesses to promote employment.However,there exist problems such as tough financing,low rate of success and weak start-up awareness.We must further perfect aid policies,enhance start-up training,improve service systems and strengthen the government's macro-control ability in the project. |
