| 摘 要： | 人是管理科学的根本要素，把握了对人的管理，就把握了管理的核心。因此，必须重视对人的管理，将“以人为本”的人性化管理思想贯穿于整个体育行政管理的全过程。重视人性化管理将成为21世纪提高体育行政管理效率的正确方向。
