摘    要:大学英语教学改革的实质是教学模式的改革,是实现从以教师为中心、单纯地传授语言知识向以学生为主体、注重培养其语言综合运用能力的转变。这是一个复杂的系统工程。本文从教学实践的角度讨论一种全新的教学模式———群体教学模式,既在教学中发挥团队优势,使学生获得优秀教师资源共享;借助辅助教学手段,调整课堂教学内容;科学设计,有效组织互动式课堂教学。该教学模式旨在充分发挥教师的专业优势,调动教师和学生双方的积极性,通过教学内容的调整,培养学生自主学习的意识和能力,加大学生语言实践力度,提高其语用能力。该教学模式注重学生英语综合运用能力的训练与培养,避免教学中今天重阅读,明日重听说的一风吹现象,保证大学英语教学目标的实现。

Abstract:The essence of college English reform is to change the traditional teaching mode and realize the switch of the classroom focus from teachers' explaining to students' practicing. This paper, from the angle of teaching practice, introduces a new teaching mode. It gives full play to teaching team so that the students share the excellent teachers, regulates the content of classroom instruction with the aid of auxiliary teaching method, and organizes effective interactive classroom instruction. This teaching mode may do justice to the enthusiasm of both the teachers and the students, strengthen language practice, and cultivate the students' ability in listening, reading, speaking and writing, thus enhancing their overall competence of using English.
