| 摘 要： | 评价一种社会保障制度的优劣，没有一个统一的标准和模式。国情不同，社会保障制度的模式也不同。但从价值视角来评价社会保障制度，任何国家的社会保障制度在发展进程中又都表现出一些带有共性的特点。现代社会保障制度的价值评价原则有社会公平原则、经济效率原则和协调发展原则。

| Abstract: | There is no unified standard and model in evaluating whether a social security system is good or bad.Social security system model is different in different national situations.However,there is some common characteristics in the process of social security system development in evaluating social security system from the point of value.The value principles of contemporary social security system are social fairness,economic efficiency and coordinated development. |
