| 摘 要： | 职业教育中产教融合校企合作作为人才培养的根本路径已成为各界共识,但在操作层面还存在法律制度不健全、政策执行力度不够及社会评价不高等问题。文中分析并提出了提高职业教育产教融合校企合作成效的举措:提高产教融合校企合作相关法律制度的有效性,创新产教融合校企合作工作治理模式,建立产教融合校企合作主体要素协同联动机制,营造产教融合校企合作文化生态。只有系统推进,精准施策,才能使产教融合校企合作成为提升高等职业教育人才培养质量的有效抓手。

| Abstract: | Taking university-enterprise cooperation based on industry-education integration in vocational education as the funda-mental route of talent culivation has become a consensus,but there are still some problems in the operational level,such as imperfect legal system,insufficient policy implementation and low social evaluation.This paper analyzes and proposes the measures to enhance the industry-education integration effect based on industry-education integration in vocational schools:enhancing the effectiveness of re-lated legal systems,innovating the work governance mode,establishing the collaborative linkage mechanism for subject elements and forming suitable cultural ecology.Only through advancing the system and carrying out related policy precisely can university-enterprise cooperation based on industry-education integration become an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training in higher voca-tional education. |
