| 摘 要： | 公众参与技术评价与决策在很多国家已经成为一种趋势,尤其是丹麦参与式评价活动的发展,为其他国家树立了榜样。公众参与式技术评价被看作是在对现代技术风险管理过程中重新构建信任的一种方式,本文分析这种评价的目标、特点和制度安排,以及对中国的启示。

| Abstract: | Public participation in the science and technology assessment and policy-making has become an important trend in many countries. There is a considerable history of participatory technology assessment in Denmark, which has served as an inspiration for similar experiments in other nations. Public participatory technology assessment has been considered as a means for reconstructing trust in risk management with modern technologies. The paper analyzes the mission, characteristics and the process of this kind of technology assessment, which could be enlightened the TA practice in China. |
