| 摘 要： | 伴随知识经济的发展,从更开放的渠道中整合创新资源已成为企业提升创新能力的关键,威客在这种时代背景下应运而生。通过研究威客的发展与应用现状,提出三种基于威客的技术创新模式,并论述其在企业中的具体应用,为企业如何应用威客进行创新提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | With the development of knowledge economy,it has become crucial for enterprises to integrate innovation resources from wider channels to enhance their innovation capability.Witkey is emerging in this situation.By studying the development and application of Witkey,this paper lists three kinds of technological innovation model,which are based on Witkey.In order to support enterprises to apply Witkey resources to innovation,this paper discusses their specific application in enterprises. |
