| 摘 要： | 构建区域中心是21世纪初区域经济竞争的重点.在确立和巩固区域中心地位的过程中,高等教育对构建区域中心具有人才支持,知识创新、高科技传播与推广作用.在建立中心城市的过程中,高校在构建城市文化,形成城市精神,凸现区域文化特色,提升中心城市的文化品位等方面具有十分突出的作用.因而在构建区域中心的过程中应该从战略发展的高度确立高等教育的地位.

| Abstract: | The construction of the regional center is the Key Point in the regional economic competition in the early part of the new century.ln the process of streng thening the Position of the regional center,higher education plays a particular part by training people for profession,innovating Knowledge,transmitting and popularizing high technology.ln the construction of central cities,colleges and universities have a conspicuons function by means of building the urban culture,forming a city's spirit,manifesting the characteristics of the urban culture and enhancing the cultural level of a central city.Therefore,great atfention should be paid to the establishment of the strategic position of higher education in the process of constructing the regional center. |
