| 摘 要： | "三明治"人才培养模式起源于英国,其主要模式为"学校(理论)——企业(实践)——学校(理论)",是全英认可的教学模式。目前在国内还未见有实践成效的报道,大多停留在理论探讨阶段。我校在06级机械设计制造及其自动化专业中试行该培养模式,介绍我校该人才培养模式的出台背景、遵循的原则、框架结构及存在的问题。

| Abstract: | The "sandwich" teaching mode origins from England, its main mode is "school (theory) - enterprise (practice)- school (theory)", is approved by the entire England. At present the succeed examples of the "sandwich" teaching mode haven' t seen in the report in our country, especially for local undergraduate course universities. it is mainly in the stage of theory discussion. This "sandwich" teaching mode is being practiced in Our university for grade 06 specialty of machine design manu- facture and its automation. this article mainly introduces the background, the principles to obey, the frame and construction of this teaching mode, the questions exist in this mode at present. |
