| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚在20世纪末率先提出了在高等教育领域内引入教育券制的设想并进行了探讨。教育券制作为一种新兴的政府资助方式,有利有弊。对澳大利亚关于高等教育阶段实行教育券制的设想及由此产生的争论所作的介析和评价,可以对我国高等教育相关政策的制定、实施与完善提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Australia took the lead in putting forward and exploring the introduction of educational voucher system into higher education at the end of 20th century. Educational voucher system as a burgeoning method granted by government has its advantages and disadvantages. This paper attempts to analyze and to evaluate the assumption and controversy about educational voucher system in Australian higher education, and it is expected to offer reference for China to make, implement and improve the relative policies. |
