| 摘 要： | 本研究采用定性和定量相结合的方法，对来自两所大学202位非英语专业大学生阅读焦虑进行了研究。定量研究显示：非英语专业学生阅读焦虑与英语成绩（阅读成绩和英语总成绩）呈显著的负相关；学生自我阅读能力的评估与阅读焦虑的程度密切相关。定性研究除了进一步验证定量研究成果之外，还显示了四个引起非英语专业学生阅读焦虑的根源。基于本研究结果，本文就如何降低非英语专业学生英语阅读焦虑，提高阅读效率提出了建议。
