| Abstract: | The current situation of the development of the industrial clusters in specialized industrial towns in Anhui is analyzed from the perspective of low-carbon economy and the defi- nition of industrial clusters in specialized industrial towns. The problems in the context of low- carbon economy are pointed out and solutions are porposed in this paper. |
