摘    要:目前,现实课堂中的师生交往存在一定的不平等性.教师话语霸权制约了学生的学习积极性与参与性,严重影响了教学质量.在行动研究中建构民主平等和谐的交往教学模式,重构外语课堂文化可以促进外语教师的专业化发展,并有效提高学生学习的积极性和参与性,最终提高外语课堂的教学效果.

Abstract:Presently, in-class communication between teacher and students is not equal. Teacher' s dominant role of communication may discourage students' motivation of making class contribution,which may negatively affect the teaching effect. According to the behavior study,a democratic and harmonious teaching model should be developed. A re-constructed class culture will promote the professional development of the foreign language teachers, motivate students and finally improve the teaching effect.
