| 摘 要： | 在德国，高素质的教师为经济的发展培养了大量的优秀人才。探究其基础教育教师队伍建设的经验主要在于：增强教师职业的吸引力，严格教师资格证的获得和加强在职教师的职后教育。目前我国的师资队伍建设存在一些问题，亟待解决，因此，可以借鉴德国的经验，推动我国教师队伍的建设。

| Abstract: | High qualified teachers cultivate a large number of outstanding talents in Germany. There is a lot of experience on the building of teacher team in elementary education, for example, to enhance the attraction of teachers＇ occupation, to strict teach- er qualification certificate, to strengthen the in-service teachers＇ education. At present the construction of teaching staff must be strengthened in China. So we can study the German experience. |
