| 摘 要： | 随着内陆开放高地由“大开发”转向“大开放”，重庆经济正在快速国际化，正在形成向西、向南全面深入的对外开放格局，这给区域外语人才培养带来了极大的机遇与挑战。内陆地区外语人才培养相对保守封闭，严重滞后于区域经济发展变化。因此，重庆高校应相应地调整外语人才培养模式、培养理念、语种设置等，当地政府也应制定区域经济快速国际化背景下的外语人才中长期发展规划，实施多元化外语教育政策。重庆是内陆典型中心城市，其案例可以为其他内陆开放高地提供示范和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The national policies for China＇ s west or inland provinces are transiting from ＂West Development＂ to ＂Inland Open- ing-up＂ ; under this circumstance, Chongqing, as one of the central and influential cities in west China has been witnessing its rapid economic internationalization and laid the westward and southward framework of economic opening-up. This has posed great challen- ges and opportunities to the local governments and universities, whose cultivating modes of foreign language talents is rather conser- vative and lagging behind the rapid changes of the local economy, which commands the corresponding changes or modification of cul- tivation modes, philosophy, language kinds, etc. Correspondingly, the local government should make the short-term, middle-term and long-term layout while carrying out diversifies policies of foreign language education. Chongqing is the typical inland central city and its cases can shed light to other inland cities. |
