| 摘 要： | 铁饼运动在我国属于优势项目,总体处于亚洲领先地位,多年来在青少年运动员选材、训练方面有自己独特的方法和标准。本文通过比较与研究,提出青少年运动员选材从单纯力量型转向速度力量、技巧型发展,并总结了一套有效的选材、训练手段。旨在为我国田径运动的提高提供有价值的参考资料。

| Abstract: | Chinese discus is advanced in Asia as a dominant sports event in China,and it has obtained unique method and standard in young athlete selection and training. By comparison research,,this study provides that the young discus athlete selecting has changed form by single strength to by both speed strength and technique,also summarizes a series of selecting and training ways of young discus athlete. |
