药物小分子与生物大分子相互作用的研究进展

摘    要:药物小分子与生物大分子相互作用的研究是涉及到化学与生命科学等多个领域的交叉课题。血清蛋白(SA)与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)是生物体内的重要转运载体和生命物质,对药物在体内的分布、代谢过程起到至关重要的作用。本文以相互作用的分子机制为导向,对药物小分子与生物大分子相互作用的原理和分析方法以及最新进展进行综述,为深入探索生命物质的结构与功能以及开发设计高效低毒的新药提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The research on Medicine Micromolecule and Biomacromolecule involves in intersected subjects of many fields like chemical and life science. The important transfer carriers and life substance in the body of biology are serum albumin(SA) and Desoxyribonucleic acid(DNA) which play important role in distribution and metabolic process of the medicine in the body. It is summarized herein, oriented with interacted molecules mechanism, the principle and analyzing method of interaction of Medicine Mi- cromolecule and Biomacromoleculeas well as the updated progress of the research thereon, which presen- ted theoretical references for exploration of structure and function of life substance and development and research of new medicine with high efficiency and low poison.
