摘    要:为了研究女子手球能量代谢特点,以中国队正式比赛为研究对象,分析6名中国女子手球运动员能量代谢特征。在实验室测试了最大摄氧量、无氧阈、最大心率、体重,在比赛现场测试比赛时的心率变化、血乳酸。结果:场上队员比赛平均时间为46.25 min;比赛最大心率平均为181.6次/min(177~188次/min),达到99.6%(98.9%~100.6%)HRmax,比赛平均心率为(154±10)次/min,102%(97.9~107.3%)HR-AT;心率变化振幅平均为16.8次/min;场上运动员在MHI心率区间运动时间比例最高,为47.6%,MAX区间达到17.68%,LMI区间达到16.9%,LI区间达到15.14%,L区间达到2.62%。全场赛后乳酸(3.7±1.4)mmol/L。守门员比赛最大心率158次/分,达83.6%HRmax,全场比赛平均心率125次/min,达83.3%HR-AT,全场结束乳酸1.9 mmol/L。结论:手球比赛是混氧运动,场上队员平均强度在无氧阈强度上下,运动员赛后乳酸水平较低,主要进行有氧运动,但无氧运动占一定比例,负荷强度可达自身极限。守门员比赛时心率与场上队员相比较低。研究认为,优秀手球运动员须具备高水平无氧爆发力和较强的有氧能力。无氧供能水平低,可能限制队员水平发挥。

Abstract:To explore the characteristics of energy metabolism of handball games,six Chinese women handball players were taken as the subjects,and the characteristics of their energy metabolism in the official game were analyzed.Firstly,their VO2max,AT,HRmax,BW were measured in the laboratory,then the HR variation and the lactate level were determined too.Result: The average duration of the players playing in the game was 46.25min;The average HRmaxg of match-play was 181.6(177~188),99.6%(98.9%~100.6%)HRmax,and the HRg reached 154±10,102%(97.9~107.3%)HR-AT;the duration of the MHI zone was the longest,reaching 47.6% averagely,17.68% in MAX zone,16.9% in LMI,15.14% in LI,2.62% in L.Their Bla level after the game was 3.7±1.4mmol/L.The HRmaxg of the GK was 158,83.6%HRmax,and the HRg reached 125,83.3%HR-AT.Her Bla level was 1.9mmol/L after the game.Conclusion: The handball game was one kind of activity composed of aerobic and anaerobic exercises.The average intensity during the game was around AT,with the Bla level found low after the game,and the aerobics was the primary part of the game,while the anaerobic activity account for a small part,of which the intensity was high enough to reach the individual limit.The HRg of the GK was lower than the court players.It is speculated that a very strong explosive power and a medium aerobic ability are necessary to become a good handball player.The low Bla level after the game may be reasons to limit the performance of the players.
