| 摘 要： | 2018年11月,日本中央教育审议会以答复报告的形式,公布了《面向2040高等教育总体规划报告》,提出日本未来高等教育发展的基本方针,从制定国际化目标、培养国际化人才、建设国际化课程、优化海外合作布局等多个层面持续推动,体现出清晰的国际化取向,所取得的进展和经验对我国具有重要参考价值。我国高等教育国际化战略,应以建设"人类命运共同体"的理念为引领,以建设高质量国际化课程为重点,以拓宽师生的国际视野为基础,围绕"双一流"建设全面推动高等教育国际化进程。

| Abstract: | In November 2018, Central Council for Education has unveiled The Grand Design for Higher Education towards 2040, proposing the basic policy for the development of higher education in Japan in the future. Japan has been continuously promoting the formulation of international goals, the cultivation of international talents, the construction of international courses, the optimization of overseas cooperation layout and other aspects, reflecting a clear international orientation. The progress and experience gained are of great reference value to China. The internationalization of China’s education should be guided by the idea of A Community with a Shared Future for Mankind, focusing on Double First-Class Initiatives by dedicating to top-level programs as well as widening the minds of faculties and students so as to contributing to the modernization of education. |
