高校微课使用行为的感知差异性分析

摘    要:当前,微课已成为一种新型的移动学习方式。文章基于计划行为理论和用户感知服务质量模型,提出高校大学生微课使用行为模型;应用SPSS16.0软件,使用因子分析方法,验证模型成立;探讨了大学生中性别、理工科和非理工科、本科生高低年级对使用微课行为的差异,并发现不同性别、不同学科的学生对微课使用行为存在差异;建议减少微课的预期阻碍,让微课走近学生;同时迎合学生需求设计微课视频。

Abstract:Micro-courses have become a new way of mobile learning.Based on the theory of planned behavior and the model of user perceived service quality,this paper proposes a behavioral model of college students'micro-course utilization,the model has been validated by using SPSS16.0 software and factor analysis method.Meanwhile,the differences in micro-course use behaviors among university students are discussed from gender,science and engineering or non-science and engineering,undergraduates'grade difference respectively.Naturally the findings have been discovered,that is,different users of different genders and disciplines have different behaviors.It is suggested that the expected obstacles of micro-lessons should be reduced so that micro-lessons can be made available to students.At the same time,micro-lesson videos should be designed to meet student needs.
