| 摘 要： | 本文从中国农业信息网络建设中存在的问题出发,探索了五级信息网络的建设与系统管理问题;运用系统方法和经济管理理论建立了农业信息网络应用的技术经济效果分析与评价模型;提出了改善系统运行的技术性能和经济效果等有关方面的合理化建议。

| Abstract: | The paper starts with analysis on the current problems existing in the con struction of agricultural infor-mation network in China,and explore s the issues of the construction and m anagement of five -grade informatio n network.It sets up a model for tech -e conomic effect analysis and evaluation with economic theory and systema tic methods,and gives viable suggestio ns on the improvement of the technica l capacity and economic effect of the network operation. |
