| Abstract: | By analysing some problems that we met when some schools appraised their teachers' teaching sourses, according to the modem educational critical theory, and based on our deeply analysis on teachers' whole teaching courses, we got a scheme on how to appraise elementary school teachers' teaching. This scheme is the union of feasibility and science, forming the union of appraise and final appraise, and the union of basical appraise and distinctive appraise. In this scheme, we have an important idea, that school leaders will also appraise the teachers'teaching and some other sides together, which will standardize our teachers'teaching behaviour. |
