| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法和系统方法 ,选择了与身体机能适应性和疲劳有关的血尿素和血红蛋白指标 ,对参加 2 0 0 2年广东省大学生游泳比赛的广州体育学院的高水平运动员进行研究。得出结论 :通过对赛前血尿素和血红蛋白值变化的观察 ,能反映运动员对赛前运动负荷的适应情况以及身体机能的状况。

| Abstract: | By means of literature review, experimentation, statistics and systematics, the authors have studied the athletes of Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education who took part in Guangzhou University Swimming Competition, based on the choice of BUN and hemoglobin about adaptability of function and physical fatigue as the target, which can reflect the athlete' s pregame situation about adaptability of sport work load and physical function. |
