| 摘 要： | 在城市管理重心“下移”的过程中应该把社区文化建设“前移”,其发展取向在于积极探索社区文化管理新模式,用社会主义先进文化占领社区思想阵地,因地制宜创设社区文化发展利益共同体,创造良好的社区文化软硬环境,激发市民参与社区文化的积极性,精心打造社区文化平台,全面提升城市文明品位。
