| 摘 要： | 为了解决高中课改后排球技术课出现“吃不了”和“吃不饱”两极分化现象，以及针对性不强而造成“浪费”的现象，更好地提高教学质量，设计了一个“分层教学法模式”，采用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、教学实验法及数据统计进行研究。结果表明：分层教学易于教育者实施操作，能满足不同层次学生的求知需求，对提高学生的技术、上课的积极性和自信心有极其明显的促进作用，是一个有效的体育教学方法。
