| 摘 要： | 本文分析了成都医学院在系列新的形势下对学生管理工作提出的机遇和挑战，认为在学校管理模式变化、社会信息化进程加快、新时期大学生的特点以及高等教育体制改革等因素影响下，必须与时俱进的对学生管理工作进行改革，并提出了相应的4个方面的对策，希望能够结合本校情况，快速推动我校学生管理工作的发展。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the challenges and chances on student management in Chengdu Medical College under a series of new situation. According to the transformation of college management model, the sped up social information-based progress and the characteristics of college students under new situation, we believe that the college has to innovate on student management to keep pace with time We also suggest countermeasures from four aspects, which hope to promote the college student management reform. |
