生态学视阈下西部高等教育的适应性分析

摘    要:从教育学意义上说,"适应性"是指教育主体根据客观的当前要求、发展动态和未来趋势能够积极应对、主动调整和改变自身的特征的能力。高等教育系统同社会政治、经济、文化、科学等不断进行信息交流,自动调节、优化结构来恢复稳定状态以适应外部环境的变化,因此高等教育适应生态环境是一个动态的"适应—不适应—适应"的过程。西部高等教育现况是:高等学校数目少、高等教育发展规模小、竞争力低;高等教育发展与区域经济发展存在错位现象;国家重点学科分布不均衡,专业设置失衡。因此,增强西部高等教育生态适应性必须构建"政府主控、社会主导、高校主体"的长效运行机制,促使西部高等教育与生态环境的真正适应。

Abstract:From the pedagogy sense,"adaptation" refers to one kind of ability of education subject that could actively respond to adjusting and changing its feature according to present request,development and future tendency.Higher education system recovers the stable state by information communication with politics,economy,culture,science,etc.,automatic adjustment,optimizing structure to adapt to the change of external environment.Therefore,adaptation of higher education to the ecological environment is a dynamic process of "adaptation-inadaptation-adaptation".The status of western higher education is that:fewer in numbers;smaller in size;lower in competitiveness;inconsistent development between higher education and regional economy development;unbalance of national key disciplines distribution and subject setting.To strengthen the ecological adaptability of higher education,we must construct a long-effect mechanism-"government control,social leading,higher school administration".
