论研究生人文素质的培养

摘    要:研究生人文素质的培养应以培养理性头脑,塑造高尚人格;具备相当的传统文化素质和世界文化素质;具备良好的人文知识,掌握一定的文科技术;具备一定的自然科学知识,掌握一定的科学技能为目标。这些目标的实现可以通过转变教育观念、建立人文社会科学课程体系与自然科学课程体系、在专业课程教学中渗透人文精神、创造良好的人文环境和深入开展研究生社会实践活动等途径达到。

Abstract:The cultivation of postgraduates' humanistic quality aims at the shaping of orderly mind, elevated character, and acute awareness of the traditional and international culture. It also seeks to furnish graduates with considerable knowledge of liberal arts and natural science, and develop their ability to conduct research in the fields concerned. In order to achieve these goals. Efforts must be stepped up to transform the awareness of education, set up the course systems for humanities and science, orient the specialized courses towards the concern over human well-being, create the culturally ideal environment, and expand the social practice for the graduates.
